Overall it was a great experience to stay here. This is my second time staying at Roxy Padungan. The location is great. The staff is so helpful and friendly. If i got the chance to visit Kuching again, i will definitely stay here.

Nice cosy room..room were spacious,bathroom was cleaned,got small fridge,some basic amenities include toiletries, internet access,safety box and a complimentary breakfast.

RARE finding, clean, spacious, bathroom very clean and all looked new, smells good. In house cafe, i Find it very reasonable. On top of everything, hotel gave RM25/each coupon to claim at cafe.!! I had next day very early flight, not able to use the voucher for breakfast ,but they let me use it on the same day I check in. Very accommodating too.

The location was supreme, the staff was exceptionally co-operative, to Mention Mr. Vincent at Ember Roasters, Shadaan and Ehsan and Scott aswell. The room keepers were very active and my stay was comfortable. 11 out of 10. Loved it

Comfy bed, clean bathroom, good room facilities & amenities - like mini bar, water boiler, hair dryer, tooth brush & paste. Spacious room! Value added - Friendly staff, nice food at Ember cafe! I love it very much 🫰

The location is great and right at the river side and walking 0.7 miles away from the hotel and lots of local foods shops are along the way and enjoying walking around . It's cool and nice to view it The local people are friendly and nice . Love the location and basic breakfast provided and lots of foods to load in after basic breakfast. Enjoy stay. Just a sound proof was poor because Thai restaurants are next to it. After 12pm is ok.

Major Plus: The staff team is of 5-star hotel level quality despite being in a budget hotel. You can sense the true passion to serve, ever-ready to give the wow. Extremely helpful, always smiling and welcoming. They did utmost to ready the your room before your arrival. Nice to be able to check in on arrival. Room is huge. Bed is comfy and clean. Location is near entrance of Chinatown, and is accessible to many attractions within 15min by car. Secure and safe with keycard-only lift access.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, clean and had a nice shower. Breakfast was great. Close to the Chinatown area, and some 10-15 minutes walk (or just take a Grab) to the central river area. Right next to the hotel is all you can eat restaurant Amoai - also very cheap and big choice of local products.
